3.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on igc88. Multiple Accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts associated with the same User, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or close all duplicate Accounts.
• Void all bets and winnings from duplicate Accounts.
• Confiscate any bonuses claimed through duplicate Accounts.
• Retain any remaining balance in duplicate Accounts to cover administrative costs.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming practices, igc88 requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals and in certain cases before deposits exceeding specified thresholds.

You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Standard minimum deposit is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account within seconds. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes due to bank or e-wallet provider delays. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your Account, except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance (excluding any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time through your Account dashboard. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified via KYC documentation.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name matching your KYC documents.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time up to 24 hours. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations, withdrawal processing may be delayed pending investigation.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

igc88 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may be subject to an administrative fee of 1-2% of the withdrawal amount or Rp 10.000, whichever is greater.

8. Game Rules and Betting

8.3 Lottery and Togel Rules

9. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account.

• Using bots, automated software, or any tools designed to gain unfair advantage.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or customer support staff.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs for personal gain.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, igc88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Loss of data, funds, or winnings due to technical errors.

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from Terms violations) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to igc88. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support.

All content on the igc88 Platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content is the exclusive property of igc88 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from igc88.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which igc88 is licensed and operates.
